Everything you need to know about this live stream
A Gateway to the Majella
Perched at 1,320 metres, Passo Lanciano is the lower hub of the Passolanciano-Majelletta ski domain, set on the northern flank of the Majella National Park. The webcam frames the road junction and the Euro Ski Center, the welcoming threshold where visitors arrive before heading up the mountain.
The Northern Panorama
Facing due north, the lens looks out over a forested ridgeline of beech and conifer that cloaks the slopes of the Maielletta. On a clear horizon the view stretches toward the rolling hills of inland Abruzzo and, beyond them, the distant Adriatic plain.
A Year-Round Mountain Resort
Although best known for its winter skiing, Passo Lanciano draws walkers and cyclists through the warmer months along the trails of the Majella massif. The car park visible here is the starting point for many of these excursions into the surrounding wilderness.
Watching the Passo Live
Operated by Webcam straordinarie d'Abruzzo, this feed offers a constant view of conditions at the pass. Whether checking the car park before a trip or simply enjoying the alpine scenery, viewers get a faithful window onto this corner of central Italy.
