The geographic locations, addresses, and coordinates of the webcams displayed on this platform are approximate and may contain errors. These locations are determined through automated geolocation processes and third-party data sources, and therefore may not accurately reflect the actual position of the webcams. In accordance with Article 1101 of the Spanish Civil Code and Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament on electronic commerce, GeoWebcams does not guarantee the accuracy or precision of the geographic information displayed.

The textual descriptions, metadata, and categorizations of webcams displayed on the platform are generated through automated processes and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. GeoWebcams does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any descriptive content associated with the webcams listed on the platform.

In accordance with Article 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, GeoWebcams, S.L.U. shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the geographic locations, descriptions, or any other information displayed on this platform. Users acknowledge that such information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a sole or definitive source for navigation, decision-making, or any other purpose.

Users are advised to independently verify any information obtained through this platform before relying on it. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that the information provided may not be fully accurate and that GeoWebcams bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of such information.

GeoWebcams may display advertising provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense. These advertisements are selected, served, and inserted automatically by the advertising network according to its own algorithms. GeoWebcams, S.L.U. does not create, produce, endorse, or exercise prior editorial control over the content of these advertisements, nor does it review them individually before they are displayed.

Advertisements displayed through these networks are identified as such (for example, by the 'AdChoices' icon or an 'Advertisement' label) and are distinct from GeoWebcams' own content.

In accordance with the intermediary-liability exemptions set out in Articles 16 and 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, GeoWebcams, S.L.U. shall not be liable for the content, accuracy, legality, or safety of third-party advertisements, nor for any products, services, offers, or websites they promote. Where GeoWebcams, S.L.U. becomes aware of an unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent advertisement, it will act diligently to remove or disable it.

Any interaction, communication, transaction, or payment between you and a third-party advertiser — including any purchase, subscription, or provision of personal or payment data — is carried out solely between you and that advertiser, at your own risk. GeoWebcams, S.L.U. is not a party to such transactions and assumes no responsibility or liability for them, including for any loss, fraud, or damage arising therefrom.

If you encounter an advertisement that appears fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate, please report it to info@geowebcams.com so that we may take appropriate action, including blocking the advertiser through the advertising network's controls.

How advertising and analytics cookies are handled — including whether any are set before you choose, and how to change that — is governed exclusively by our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to cookies, and nothing here overrides the choice you make there. The rule that applies to your location is stated below.
