At the heart of the frame lies The Beach, Sugarloaf's iconic base-area plaza. Its patterned paving, clustered Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and central fire pit make it the resort's social crossroads, where guests gather before and after heading up the mountain.

Sugarloaf Mountain Slopes

Rising behind the plaza, the expansive flank of Sugarloaf Mountain reveals a fan of ski trails cut through the forest of Maine's western highlands. A chairlift line climbs the slope, hinting at the vast terrain that makes this one of New England's largest resorts.

Base Lodge and Village
