Lienhua Temple Main Hall

A Sanctuary in Taoyuan's Market Quarter

Lienhua Temple sits in the Ciwen neighborhood of Taoyuan District, within easy reach of the city's bustling shopping streets. Founded in the late 1940s, its principal deity is Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, whose incense lineage was carried here from Linkou's renowned Zhulinshan Temple.

The Courtyard Altar

The webcam frames the temple's open-air courtyard, where rows of glowing votive lights and offering tables lead toward the covered main hall. Red lanterns line the eaves, and worshippers can be seen pausing before the altar to light incense.

A Digital Shrine Hall

The feed is part of a digital worship initiative that lets devotees who cannot travel to Taoyuan still take part in the temple's rituals, following the rhythm of incense offerings and quiet prayer from afar.
