The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway first opened in 1898, linking two North Devon towns on a scenic narrow-gauge line, before closing in 1935. Decades later, dedicated volunteers began an ambitious project to rebuild this legendary railway piece by piece, and the Woody Bay camera lets you watch that living restoration unfold.

Nestled among the wooded slopes of Exmoor, Woody Bay Station forms the current heart of the reborn line, complete with a period-style platform, signal box, and passing loop. The camera captures vintage carriages and steam-era locomotives resting between departures.
