The South Slopes of Levi

The South Slopes are the sun-facing heart of the Levi ski resort, home to its longest and gentlest runs. Beloved by beginners and casual skiers alike, this sector offers wide, forgiving pistes that wind down the fell toward the service hub at the base.

The South Point base

At the foot of the slopes stands the South Point building, the one-stop gateway to the fell. It houses the ski-pass office, the ski school, the rental shop and the Sivakka slope restaurant, alongside the Leevilandia learning area with its covered magic-carpet lifts.

Lifts & South Park

The 6-seater South chairlift carries riders up the open hillside, while the nearly one-kilometre-long Levi South Park draws freestylers to its jumps and rails. A dedicated Junior South Park gives younger riders a space of their own.

The fells of Finnish Lapland

Beyond the resort, the treeless arctic fells of Tunturi-Lappi roll toward the horizon. This is the landscape of Kittilä, well north of the Arctic Circle, where boreal forest meets the bald, rounded summits that define the Lappish wilderness.
