Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

The chapel belongs to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a celebrated example of early-twentieth-century Art Nouveau and modernist church architecture raised by the Jesuits on Kopernika Street. Designed by Franciszek Mączyński, it is one of the most distinctive sacred buildings in the city and carries the honorary rank of minor basilica.
