The Bay & Rainbow Bridge
The view is dominated by Guanyinting Bay, a broad inlet on the west coast of Penghu, spanned by the graceful steel arch of the Xiying Rainbow Bridge. The bridge is a defining landmark of Magong, linking the recreation area's promenade with the harbour breakwaters.
A Marine-Recreation Capital
Guanyinting is one of Taiwan's premier spots for windsurfing, sailing and stand-up paddling, thanks to the steady winds that funnel through the Penghu archipelago. The recreation area's slipways and lawns draw paddlers, swimmers and families to the water's edge.
