Aimen Beach (隘門沙灘) is celebrated as one of Penghu's finest stretches of shoreline, a long arc of soft, pale coral sand painstakingly restored to its natural splendour. The grains are remarkably fine and clean, sloping gently into a calm, swimmable bay.

Turquoise Water & Water Sports

The shallow, sheltered cove offers some of the archipelago's safest bathing, with crystal-clear shallows that glow turquoise over the pale seabed. It is a hub for banana-boat rides, snorkelling, paddleboarding and other marine activities overseen by Taiwan's ocean-recreation safety services.

The Penghu Archipelago

Set on the eastern coast of the main island in Huxi Township, the beach looks out across the open Taiwan Strait. The surrounding Penghu islands are renowned for their basalt columns, traditional fishing villages and wide volcanic seascapes.
