A Classic Deer Valley Lift
The Ruby Express is a high-speed detachable quad chairlift installed in 2002 at Deer Valley Resort. It climbs out of Empire Canyon, providing the main way out of the Empire and Lady Morgan skiing areas and carrying riders back toward the resort's upper terrain.
Empire Canyon Views
From the chairs, the camera captures sweeping views across the Wasatch Back, with forested ridgelines rising above the lift line and the Snyderville Basin spreading out toward Park City in the distance.

Deer Valley Resort has been renowned since it opened in 1981 as one of the few remaining skiers-only destinations in the United States, prized for its groomed runs, five-star service, and quiet, uncrowded lifts like the Ruby Express.
