A Working Coastal Marina

The Ocean Isle Marina & Yacht Club is a full-service harbor set on the mainland side of the Intracoastal Waterway, directly across from Ocean Isle Beach. The camera captures the floating docks, fuel pier, and launch area where center-console sport-fishing boats and cabin cruisers come and go.

The Intracoastal Waterway

Beyond the slips, the protected tidal channel of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway threads between salt marsh and barrier islands. This inland route lets vessels travel the Carolina coast without facing the open ocean, and boats of every size drift past the marina throughout the year.

Boating & Sport Fishing

As a yacht club and boatyard, the site serves anglers heading out for offshore fishing, along with the dry-stack storage racks and boat lift visible at the right of the frame. It is a hub for the maritime life of Brunswick County's southern beaches.

Ocean Isle Beach

Just across the water lies Ocean Isle Beach, a compact barrier island resort town in southeastern North Carolina. The marina is the gateway that connects the island's coastal community to the wider waterway.
