This location, known on BNSF timetables as Nowers, sits at milepost 380.7 and serves as a crew-change point along the Red Rock Sub. Trains frequently slow or stop here while fresh crews take over, giving viewers an extended look at the locomotives and rolling stock that pass through.

Running parallel to the curving rails is Interstate 235, its sound-barrier walls and lanes of traffic forming a constant backdrop.
