Lake Reidsville

A Community Reservoir

Covering roughly 750 acres in Rockingham County, Lake Reidsville was built to supply water to the City of Reidsville while also functioning as a public recreation area. Its long, forested shoreline and scattered coves make it a defining natural feature of the region.

The lake hosts a dedicated fishing trail with nine structured sites designed to attract largemouth bass, crappie and bream. Anglers cast from the bank, docks and boats, and the lake regularly hosts organized bass and catfish tournaments.
