The Four Points Vista

Perched at one of Steamboat Ski Resort's upper stations, the Four Points Cam frames a panoramic stretch of mountainside where chairlift cables arc across the foreground and aspen groves spill down toward the broad Yampa Valley. The vantage captures both the engineered side of the resort and the untamed sweep of the surrounding high country.

Aspens, Slopes and the Yampa Valley

Below the lift, slender aspen trees blanket the grade in shifting greens, while the valley floor reveals ranchland, ribbons of road and the distant outline of Steamboat Springs. The scene shifts dramatically across the year, from verdant summer meadows to deep Champagne Powder in the heart of the ski season.

A Working Mountain

A roadside sign lists several of the resort's named runs alongside the Bashor Express lift, hints of the trail network woven across the terrain. A cluster of rustic Adirondack chairs invites visitors to pause and take in one of Colorado's most celebrated alpine vistas.
