This camera captures Egmond aan Zee, one of the oldest seaside resorts on the Dutch North Sea coast. Perched fifteen metres above the boulevard, it surveys the wide sandy beach, the protective dunes, and the village that has welcomed bathers and walkers for generations.

The Boulevard and Promenade

Below the lens runs the Boulevard Noord, the lively seafront road lined with restaurants, cafés, and beach clubs. Visitors cross between the village and the shore here, making it a constant flow of relaxed coastal life.
