The Corbusierhaus vantage
The camera sits high on the Corbusierhaus, the Berlin edition of Le Corbusier's Unitรฉ d'Habitation near the Olympic grounds in the city's west. From this elevated concrete tower it looks out over a broad horizon of rooftops, parkland and the industrial skyline of the surrounding districts.
Resident kestrels
This exterior feed complements the nest-box cameras run by the building's conservation project, framing the perch pole where the resident common kestrels land, survey their territory and take flight over the city.
A panorama of western Berlin
Layered behind the falcon perch, the view reaches across wooded belts toward distant power-station chimneys and the low, tree-lined expanse of Berlin's western fringe โ a quietly monumental cityscape seen from an architectural landmark.
