The Circolo Surf Torbole sits where the Ora, the reliable afternoon thermal wind, sweeps down the valley to make this stretch of Lake Garda a magnet for windsurfers and wing-foilers from across the world. The camera frames the club's launch beach, its racks of boards and sails, and the open water where sailors carve across the lake.

A Dramatic Alpine Setting

Beyond the shoreline rise the sheer limestone walls of the Brenta Dolomites foothills, framing the northern arm of the lake in a steep, fjord-like corridor. The contrast of deep-blue water against grey rock and green slopes gives the view its unmistakable character.

The Club and Its Surroundings
