Beneath the Feeding Dock
This submerged camera reveals the hidden world under Robbie's of Islamorada, where dozens of Atlantic tarpon patrol the pilings. Seen underwater, their silver flanks and enormous eyes give them an almost prehistoric presence.
The Tarpon Up Close
Tarpon are ancient fish that have changed little in millions of years. The camera shows them gliding effortlessly, gulping bait that drifts down from the dock above, and moving in loose schools through the green water of the marina basin.
A Living Marina Ecosystem
Beyond the tarpon, the pilings host a busy community of smaller fish, while the structure itself is encrusted with marine growth. It is a vivid reminder that a working marina is also a thriving underwater habitat.
Why Watch
Underwater webcams are rare, and this one offers an unfiltered look at big wild fish in their element. It pairs perfectly with the above-water dock cam for a complete view of Robbie's famous tarpon.
