A Key Gateway into Cipolletti

The Tercer Puente roundabout sits where National Route 151 feeds onto the Presidente Arturo Illia ring road, channelling traffic between Cipolletti and the neighbouring city across the river. It is one of the busiest vehicular nodes on the western edge of town.
