Queen Mary Reservoir is one of the largest bodies of open water in the southeast of England and a renowned venue for dinghy sailing, windsurfing and keelboat racing. Its wide, unobstructed surface offers steady wind with few obstacles, making it a favourite training ground for sailors of every level.

The Queen Mary Sailing Club

Established beside the water, the Queen Mary Sailing Club is among the busiest inland clubs in the country, hosting regular regattas, courses and youth squads. The camera looks out from the club's pontoons and slipway, where dinghies are launched and safety RIBs stand ready beside the jetty.
