A Signature Cabo Frio Beach

Praia do Forte is the largest and most famous beach in Cabo Frio, stretching for kilometres of powder-soft white sand along a gently curving bay. Its remarkably clear, warm water and calm swimming conditions have made it the centrepiece of the Região dos Lagos holiday coast.

The Living Seafront

Along the shore runs the Avenida do Forte promenade, lined with kiosks, restaurants and swaying palms. The camera captures beachgoers strolling the boardwalk, vendors, sun umbrellas and the steady flow of traffic on the coastal avenue.

Coastal Horizon

Beyond the sand the view opens to the Atlantic Ocean and the green headlands that shelter the bay, with the outline of surrounding hills tracing the far end of the shoreline — a classic panorama of Brazil's sunshine coast.
