The Pier & the Break

The camera frames the St. Johns County Ocean & Fishing Pier, a long concrete pier reaching out over the Atlantic. The sandbars around its pilings shape the waves, making this stretch a dependable and popular surf break.

St. Augustine Beach

Backed by the low dunes of Anastasia Island, the broad flat beach here is one of the widest along Florida's First Coast. It sits just south of historic St. Augustine, the oldest continuously occupied European settlement in the United States.

Surfers, Anglers & Beachgoers

Operated by the local Surf Station, the feed serves the surf community with a live look at the Atlantic lineup, while anglers work the pier and families spread out across the open sand.

The Atlantic Horizon

Beyond the surf line the open ocean stretches to the horizon, with the occasional cargo ship or shrimp boat crossing the view offshore of this classic First Coast shoreline.
