Menaggio is a historic lakeside resort town whose pastel facades and palm-lined promenade have drawn travellers for generations. From this height you can trace its compact centre, the Via Calvi shopping streets and the green lido reaching toward the water.

Monte Crocetta and the Cadorna Line

The viewpoint sits on Monte Crocetta, once part of the Linea Cadorna, a First World War defensive line. A short, easy walk from the hamlet of Croce leads hikers to this panoramic balcony and its small Alpine chapel.

Lake Como's Mountain Backdrop
