An Elevated Bayside Panorama

Perched on the west-facing side of the 9600 Condos at 9600 Atlantic Avenue, this camera looks out over the bayside of Absecon Island rather than the open ocean. Because the building rises high above its surroundings, the sightlines are long and unobstructed, opening onto a wide sweep of water, marshland and coastal neighborhoods.

The Distant Atlantic City Skyline

One of the most striking features is the far-off Atlantic City skyline, where casino towers and high-rises rise above the horizon. On clear days the skyline looks crisp and sharp; on hazy days it appears soft and shimmering, a constantly shifting backdrop to the calmer foreground waters.

Tidal Marshes & Inland Waterways

Directly to the west lies a patchwork of tidal marshes and lagoons, with calm inland channels reflecting the sky and the occasional boat moving through. Scattered docks and low-rise homes line the bayfront, offering a quieter, more natural contrast to the busy ocean side of the island.
