A Living University Campus

The view captures the heart of the Iași University of Life Sciences "Ion Ionescu de la Brad", one of Romania's foremost institutions for agronomy, veterinary medicine and food sciences. The broad promenade connects the faculty buildings and serves as the campus's main gathering space.

Lining the esplanade are white stone plinths bearing busts of scientists and scholars who shaped the university's disciplines. This commemorative alley gives the square a distinctly academic and ceremonial character.
