The Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex is envisioned as a dynamic, transdisciplinary home for team-based research and teaching at Oregon State University. Once complete, the complex will bring together engineering, business and computer-science programs under one roof, fostering partnerships between students, faculty and industry.

Architecture and Materials

The building's red-brick facade and tall, grid-patterned windows reflect a design language shared across OSU's Corvallis campus, while floor-to-ceiling glazing floods the interior labs and collaboration spaces with natural light. Exterior walkways and landscaped courtyards connect the complex to the surrounding academic quarter.
