Everything you need to know about this live stream
The Front de Neige at Gourette
Perched at around 1,400 metres, Gourette is the principal downhill resort of the Béarn region. This camera frames its lively base area, where the pistes, lift stations and pedestrian plaza converge at the foot of the mountain.
A Pyrenean Mountain Setting
The resort sits in a natural cirque beneath the Pène Médaà and Pic de Ger summits. The surrounding open meadows and rocky ridgelines make it a year-round hiking and mountaineering hub above the Vallée d'Ossau.
Lifts & Resort Architecture
In view are the gondola and chairlift stations that carry visitors up the slopes, alongside the resort's distinctive terraced apartment buildings. The snow-making infrastructure stands ready beside the groomed runs.
Visiting Gourette
Reached by the dramatic Col d'Aubisque road, Gourette offers skiing in the cold season and an extensive network of trails for warmer months, making it one of the most accessible high mountain destinations in south-western France.
