Gateway to a World Wonder

Corcovado's summit, at 700 meters above sea level, has drawn pilgrims and travelers since the statue's inauguration in 1931. This terrace is the threshold every visitor crosses before standing beneath the outstretched arms of one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
