San Rocco is one of Livigno's oldest neighborhoods, sitting toward the southern end of this long alpine valley. The district takes its name from the small San Rocco church, whose bell tower rises above the rooftops and serves as a familiar landmark for locals and visitors navigating the town.

Gateway to Carosello 3000

This stretch of Via Saroch functions as one of the principal access points to the Carosello 3000 ski and hiking area, linking the valley floor with the lift network above. The wide street and adjacent parking area reflect its role as a busy thoroughfare for the community.

The buildings lining the street showcase classic Livigno chalet style: facades with timber balconies, stone foundations, and steeply pitched roofs designed to handle the valley's heavy seasonal snow accumulation. Small shops and guesthouses occupy the ground floors, giving the district a lived-in, welcoming character.
