The Heart of the Ligurian Riviera

Chiavari is one of the most elegant towns on the eastern Ligurian coast, set along the Gulf of Tigullio. This view captures its broad seafront promenade, the green waterfront park and the colourful buildings of Corso Valparaiso that line the shore.

The Tourist Marina

In the foreground sits the recently renovated Porto Turistico, a busy marina filled with sailing yachts and motorboats. The camera looks out from the Torre del Marina, home to the Navimeteo observatory, offering a sweeping perspective over the quays and breakwaters.

Apennine Backdrop

Beyond the rooftops rise two striking Apennine peaks: Monte Ramaceto (1,345 m) to the left and Monte Zatta (1,404 m) to the right, framing the town against the inland mountains.
