Boot Key Harbor City Marina

A Premier Cruising Harbor

Boot Key Harbor is the largest and most sheltered mooring field on the U.S. eastern coast, with more than 200 mooring balls, floating dinghy docks and full marina amenities. The view takes in a constant fleet of sailboats and cruisers swinging at anchor in protected waters.

The Waterfront Park

In the foreground sits the Marathon City Marina park, with its thatched-roof tiki pavilion, picnic tables, swaying palm trees and a coral-stone landscaped plaza maintained by the City of Marathon.

Heart of the Florida Keys

Set in the Middle Keys along the Overseas Highway, the marina is a hub for the liveaboard and long-distance cruising community, a gateway for boats crossing to the Bahamas, Cuba and the wider Caribbean.

Wildlife and Waters

The harbor teems with seabirds, pelicans and manatees, and the surrounding turquoise shallows are renowned for fishing, paddling and sailing across the protected tropical flats.
